Welcome to my Healthy Living Tips site!
A few years ago I had a series of experiences in my life that made me really take a hard look at how we all live our lives; the choices we make and how those choices produce results, some we like and some we don’t.
The more I paid attention to lifestyle choices the more apparent it became that it really isn’t hard to make great choices. We just need to have better information. We also need to ask better questions.
So I started asking better questions. I started looking for better information. Information that wasn’t just the profit driven “business as usual” line that the major food corporations, the pharmaceutical and medical industry wanted us to hear.
I began to find the research that proved what I always thought. I had always believed that our bodies and our minds are incredibly powerful. I believed that we could maintain an optimum level of health if only we would do some basic care and feeding.
So I began changing my lifestyle choices. I began making more conscious choices in what I chose to consume, mentally and physically. The more I learned (and applied) the better and more whole I felt. People started noticing and asking me questions.
It was amazing to me how the information I had gathered and the choices I was making so impacted and impressed those around me. And they began asking me more questions, more often. My husband started calling me the “expert”. I really didn’t like that. Who was I to call myself an expert?
Soon people started asking me to write a blog so they could learn more.
This is why you are reading this today. I feel I have to share what I have learned because it has helped so many of my friends and family that I understood that there must be thousands or millions of people, just like me, that know they can do better, be healthier and live longer but just don’t have the information and/or support to make it happen.
I will be here for you. You are not alone!
